For an incredible 29 years, Laura has been the smiling face and steady hand at the front desk, welcoming generations of pets and their people to our clinic. As our expert customer service representative, Laura keeps the reception area running like a well-oiled machine! With her background in Special Education and an Associate Degree to match, Laura brings empathy, patience, and heart to every interaction.

She has a true passion for making clients and their furry (or feathered!) companions feel safe, heard, and at home. Whether it’s a nervous puppy’s first visit or a long-time client stopping by, Laura ensures every experience is met with kindness and care.

When she’s not holding down the fort at the clinic, Laura finds peace in the great outdoors, relaxing in nature, walking through the woods, and tending to her garden. Her home life is just as lively and full of love as the clinic: she shares it with her dog Tux, her cats Holly, Boots, Zsazsa, Ginger, and Colonel Mustard, her teacup pig Clyde, and a flock of beloved chickens.
